At In Living Memories, we’ve designed the tribute creation process to feel welcoming, simple, and meaningful. Whether you’re starting a new memory or updating an existing tribute, you’re always in control—one gentle step at a time.
1. Accessing Your Memory Bank

Go to MY MEMORIES > MANAGE MY MEMORIES in the top navigation, or head directly to your Memory Bank.

Here, you’ll see every tribute you’ve created so far—a growing collection of memories, always ready for you to revisit or update.
2. Creating a New Tribute
Click “Create New Tribute” to begin.
You’ll be taken through a series of fields designed to help you capture the story of your loved one. There’s no need to fill everything in right away—take your time and add details as they come to you.
What You’ll Find in Each Step:
a. Personal Details

Full Name: Enter the name your loved one was known by.

Date of Birth & Date of Passing: Add these if you wish—these are gentle bookends to a well-lived life.

Profile Photo: Pick a favourite picture that truly represents them, even if it’s a candid snapshot.
b. Telling Their Story

The Story of… Share a story, a milestone, or even a little anecdote that captures their spirit. If words are hard to find, start with a simple memory or something they always used to say.
c. Sharing Photos

Early Life Photo: Upload a photo from childhood or younger days, and add a short caption to set the scene.

Family Life & Family Photos: Describe family traditions or relationships, and share group photos—these little moments often paint the richest picture.

Additional Family Photos: Add more images, each with a caption, to bring the story to life.
d. Life’s Chapters

Married Life: Write about partnerships, milestones, or what made their relationships unique.

Children: List children or grandchildren, or describe the joy they brought into family life.
e. Work and Passions

Work History: Reflect on their career, hobbies, or community contributions—big or small.

Family Memories: Recall special occasions, holidays, or funny family moments.
f. Farewell & Final Touches

Farewell: Add a goodbye message or a reflection from the heart.

Songs: Mention songs that remind you of them, or were played at important occasions.
3. Editing an Existing Tribute

To update a tribute, find it in your Memory Bank and click “Edit.”

Feel free to add new stories, swap out photos, or refine the details. There’s no need for perfection—sometimes a single line or fresh memory can mean everything.
4. Tips for Creating a Meaningful Tribute

Don’t rush: Memories come at their own pace. Add what you can, whenever you feel ready.

Gather input: Invite family and friends to contribute stories or images.

Be yourself: There are no rules—share as much or as little as you like, in your own words.
