In Living Memories is dedicated to helping you keep the memories of your loved one alive. We help you to create personalised stories that celebrate your loved one’s life. These beautiful stories are made accessible to everyone online or via a QR code engraved on an elegantly designed plaque. This plaque can be fixed to headstones, memorial benches, or any other meaningful place. By simply scanning the QR code, anyone can view your special online dedication, keeping those precious memories alive.
How it works
If you would like to create a story of your loved ones life, all you need to do is register your email address and create a login and password with In Living Memories. Once this is created, you’ll be able to select the package you would like, and pay for your Memories Page and elegant plaque which is engraved with your loved ones unique QR Code.
To create your loved one’s life story online we will provide you with an easy-to-follow template, guiding you through a life’s journey. You’ll be able to add images, videos, and music that truly reflect their spirit.
Our admin team at In Living Memories will proof read your story and prepare this for publishing online, whilst preparations for the beautiful plaque to be created and sent to you. This plaque can be affixed to a headstone, memorial bench, or any place of significance.
Anyone accessing inlivingmemories.com will be able to access your loved ones story through our MEMORIES page, allowing you to share your loved ones story and keeping their memories alive. Your plaque, once received, can be placed on their headstone, memorial bench or any special place you want them remembered.
As people walk through cemeteries, parks, or woodlands, they can scan the QR code and instantly experience your loved one’s life story through the content, images, videos, and music that perfectly capture their essence.

Time to create your content
Simply log into your account, and you’ll be presented with a template to guide you as you craft your loved one’s story. We’ll save your progress as you go!
Preview their story
You’ll be able to preview your loved one’s story before publishing it online, making sure it captures their essence just as you’d like.
Finalise and publish
Once you’re happy with the content, images, music and videos, you’re ready to publish the story.
Proofreading and QR code preparation
We’ll proof-read your page to ensure everything is perfect and prepare the QR code for engraving.
View and share
After publishing, you’ll be able to view your loved one’s story online at inlivingmemories.com
Plaque and engraving
You’ll then receive an email from our team asking for your choice of metal (brass or stainless steel) for the engraved plaque. This is all included in the price, along with postage and packaging.
