1. How do I create a new tribute?

Simply go to MY MEMORIES > MANAGE MY MEMORIES or visit your Memory Bank. Click on “Create New Tribute” and follow the guided steps. You’ll be prompted to share details, stories, and photos that reflect your loved one’s life.
Tip: You don’t need to fill in every section at once—save your progress and return when you’re ready.


2. Can I edit a tribute after it’s been created?

Absolutely. Every tribute is yours to shape and update whenever you wish. Just find the memory you’d like to edit in your Memory Bank, click “Edit,” and make any changes you need—add new photos, update stories, or gently refine the details over time.


3. What kind of information should I include in a tribute?

There are no strict rules. We suggest sharing what feels meaningful to you:

  • Stories from different stages of life

  • Photos with captions

  • Favourite songs or sayings

  • Family memories, work milestones, or even a recipe they loved

If you ever feel stuck, start with one small memory—a favourite holiday, a special laugh, or a tradition you shared.


4. Do I have to fill in every section of the form?

Not at all. Each section is an invitation, not an obligation. Add what feels right for you and your family. Some choose to complete every field, while others focus on just a few special memories.


5. Can I invite family and friends to contribute?

We encourage it. Sometimes the most meaningful tributes are created together. Reach out to relatives or friends for their favourite stories or photos—they might remember something you’ve forgotten, or offer a new perspective.


6. Are the tributes private or public?

You’re in control. By default, tributes are private to your account and those you choose to share them with. If you wish to make a tribute public, you can adjust your settings or ask our support team for help.


7. I’m not very comfortable with technology—can someone help me?

Of course. Our support team is always here to guide you through the process, step by step. Whether you need help uploading photos, writing stories, or just navigating the website, please get in touch—we’re here to make things as easy and comforting as possible.


8. Can I add more memories to a tribute over time?

Yes! Memories often surface over days, weeks, or even years. You can return to your Memory Bank and update your tributes whenever you like. There’s no time limit and no pressure.

Our basic tribute service is included with your account. Some premium features—such as extended photo galleries or custom design options—may carry a small fee, but creating and sharing memories is always accessible.


10. What happens if I make a mistake or want to remove something?

You can edit or remove any part of your tribute at any time. If you ever need help undoing a change, our support team can help restore your previous version or guide you through the process.
